In addition to the gallery, we have our charming casita. This romantic space is available for nightly and weekly rental, it has its own private entrance through a courtyard onto Ledoux Street, which is located the heart of the Taos Historic District.  Unlike many nightly rentals that claim to be walking distance to the plaza and down town area, our casita is uniquely situated in the heart of town, and it is just a short stroll from all the attractions of the town center, but still in a quite residential area.

The casita is approximately 600 sq. ft. with a great room, otherwise called the living room, with built-in banco seating and a large Kiva fireplace,

and also includes a small kitchen, with a dining space.  The bedroom is separate from the great room, with a queen size bed, kiva fireplace, trastero cabinet, and offers a full bath. 

The casita is very large and open, with skylights through-out, with sunny windows facing into the courtyard. It is designed to be very romantic, and therefore can only accommodate up to two people overnight. Well-behaved pets are welcome as well, with an additional deposit, and there is No Smoking allowed in the Casita.

There is a television with cable, dvd player with movie library, wireless internet access and plenty of books to read.

Logding, nightly rental, located in the heart of the Taos Historic District, a stroll away from everything, the best in town location. Walk to many art galleries, several museums, and most of the finest restaurants in town. Ledoux Street is a very quite one way street, and is one of the best for walking in town.

The building is a very old adobe, with lots of Taos charm, and has been artfully furnished and decorated with original paintings, antiques, and folk art.

A cozy bedroom, with thermostatic heat control, tall ceiling with a skylight, and a romantic Kiva fireplace, sets the mood.

A small fully equipped kitchen and dining area allows you to eat in if you want and being surrounded by all the great restaurants makes it so you don't have to.

A small courtyard separates you from Ledoux Street, and provides an outdoor space for sunset drinks or barbecue on warm summer nights.

Rates, Reservations and Check – in Policies:
.$135 to $195. per night, with the lower rate available for 4 or more night stays off season (Jan- May plus Nov.), and the higher rate for 1 night stays.  High season is June - mid October, and rates for 2-3 night stays are $175 per night, and 4-6 night stays are $155 per night.  Slightly higher rates apply for Christmas, Easter, and other holidays.  Also available are negotiable ratess for 7 or more night stays during high or off season.

.There is a No Smoking in the Casita, and additional fees will be charged for breaking this rule!
.A deposit of 50% required at time of booking
.Full payment required 10 days before arrival date

.A $25 pet fee is required on a first day stay basis, with a $10 fee per day thereafter, owners are responsible for cost of damages due to their pet

.Cancellation is required 10 days before arrival date for 100% refund, however there is a $25. handling fee on cancellations

.Without the 10 day notice the 50% deposit is forfeited, unless another booking is made
